House for an artist

Project Location: Al Rabia | Amman | Jordan
Area: 70.56 sqm
Building Type: Residential.
Materials: Concrete and glass.
Design Type: Hypothetical Project | University 2008 | Proposal

Based on the nine grid square design concept, and the freedom of choosing which artist to work with, I've decided to work with a fashion model , to inspire the exterior design and the and interior functions, the nine grid square allowed me to think within a three dimensional set of mind as an architecture student, the nine grid square was a base point to inspire us to deal with the idea of being able to abstract, add, and rotate whenever possible while working with the orientation we wanted to keep the building as functional as possible.

The house consisted of three levels 2.80m x 2.80m each, with the public in the ground level, semi-public on the second and private on the third leve.
the total area =(9x3) x 7.84m2 = 211.60m3

  3. Considering that 90 percent of startups fail, it takes brilliance and perseverance to triumph in business, especially when you are looking to build, launch, or scale a SaaS project.

mistakes to avoid as a saas founder
