The 2015 Franz International
Porcelain Design Competition is now closed for entries, to explore the
possibilities and potentialities of porcelain works and identify
life-changing designs.
This year’s competition is themed “Retrospect” – the designers are expected to recall the good times gone past and rejuvenate their original passion.
Works can be submitted in the following two groups:
The Competition was established in 2007. It is hosted by Franz Collection Inc. and organized by the Chinese National Academy of Arts and the Asia-Pacific Cultural Creative Industry Association.

- Porcelain Design Group – for works which meet market demands, can be mass-produced and meet the competition theme
- Concept Design Group – for works which correspond with the competition theme and are able to change people’s lifestyle and even influence the porcelain industry

freedom can be the concept of all what was once so real and so pure.
